COVID-19 : Update on ASEAN and Oceania country-specific measures

The ASEAN and Oceania countries are likely to update, often with immediate application, binding measures for French nationals entering or staying there. Here are some links to follow in case of need.

Singapore :

The Government of Singapore has today taken further measures to restrict access to the territory and to quarantine :

1) from Sunday 15 March at 23:59, travellers with a travel history in France, Italy, Germany and Spain of less than 14 days will be banned from entry and transit.
2) From Sunday 15 March at 23:59, Singapore residents, work permit holders and Singaporean citizens with a travel history in France, Italy, Germany and Spain of less than 14 days will be prescribed a Stay-Home-Notice (SHN) for 14 days from the date of arrival in Singapore.

From 15 March at 00:00 am, all persons arriving in Australia from abroad will be subject to a 14-day period of individual isolation (at home), regardless of their nationality and residence status in the country.

New Zealand : Mission in New Zealand

1/ The New Zealand government announced on March 14 that all persons (from any country in the world) arriving in New Zealand will be required to undergo a 14-day period of isolation at home upon arrival, except those from Pacific countries.

2/ People coming from French Polynesia will have to undergo this period of isolation on arrival.
