Merlion is the Hubert Curien Partnership between France and Singapore.
It is co-financed in France by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), and in Singapore by the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore University for Technology and Design (SUTD), and Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI).
For such programs, calls for applications are launched on an annual basis.
