ERC Advanced Grants offer long-term funding to pursue ground-breaking high-risk projects. They are designed to support excellent Principal Investigators at the career stage at which they are already established research leaders with a recognised track record of research achievements. | - Eligibility : researchers of any nationality, any age. Applicants must be leaders in their respective field(s) of research and must demonstrate significant achievement in the last 10 years. Sole evaluation criteria are scientific excellence of researcher and research proposal. |
- Funding : up to € 2.5 million per grant (up to € 3.5 million in some cases) |
- Duration : up to 5 years |
