Types of projects involved
The goal of this program is to develop scientific and technological exchanges of excellence between the research laboratories of the two countries by encouraging new cooperation and the participation of young researchers and PhD students.
All scientific fields are concerned by this program.
Priority will be given to the following scientific fields :
* Human and Social Sciences, Culture and Tourism : Social Sciences, Ecotourism and Big Data Management ;
* Basic Sciences : Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, including the Cosmetic Sciences, Materials Science ;
* Engineering and technologies : Nanotechnologies, biotechnologies, information and communication sciences and technologies, materials and mechanics, big data management ;
* Santé : Infectious, emerging and re-emerging diseases, biotechnologies, natural substances (pharmacology, traditional medicines ...), neurosciences, biomedical sciences, genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, bioinformatics, big data management ;
* Energy : New technologies for energy : fuel cells, solar energy, nuclear energy, renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy savings ;
* Environment and biodiversity : Global warming and its impact on health, biodiversity : use and preservation ;
* Agriculture / Agribusiness : Agricultural production, food safety, product quality, food science, genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, bioinformatics, big data management ;
Projects involving a multidisciplinary approach will be given special attention.
