This program aims to develop the emergence and excellence of scientific and technological collaboration between French and Vietnamese researchers, teams and institutions as well as to encourage the participation and research training of young researchers.
To this end, this program finances the mobility of participating researchers, including doctoral and post-doctoral students. All scientific fields are potentially eligible.
