[October 2017] Indonesia - Partenariat Hubert Curien PHC Nusantara

It is implemented in Indonesia by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (KEMENRISTEKDIKTI) and in France by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Education Research and Innovation (MESRI).

Types of projects concerned :

The objective of this program is to develop the scientific and technological exchanges of excellence between the research laboratories of the two countries by promoting new cooperation.

In addition to mobility, research and innovation, funding will be awarded to some of the winning projects at the discretion of the bilateral commission (French and Indonesian parties).

The scientific fields eligible for this program are the following (Nuclear, Defense and Military are not open) :

  • Food industry ;
  • Energy, including renewable energies (thermal and nuclear power stations, geothermal energy, wave and marine currents, bioenergy, bio fuel, solar energy, etc.) ;
  • Health and medicine ;
  • Marine science, marine science and oceanography ;
  • Transport : land, air, sea ;
  • Information and Communication Technologies ;
  • Human and social sciences ;
  • Advanced materials such as nanotechnologies ;
  • Preservation of the environment : animal and plant biodiversity, water, soils, climate change ;
  • Assessment and prevention of natural hazards and / or natural disaster management including early warning systems involving geological, seismic, volcanic, climatic and geomagnetic sciences ;
