The title of this lecture, which is part of Alain Fuchs’ visit as a Lee Kuan Yew Distinguished Visitor, is "Water in Hydrophobic Cavities at the Nanoscale".

The prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Distinguished Visitor Programme is supported by a fund established in 1983 to commemorate the 60th birthday of Singapore’s Founding Prime Minister the late Lee Kuan Yew. The purpose of this programme is to invite leaders, academics and scholars to Singapore to interact with the academic community.
